Mackenzie is the Global Startup Evangelist at AWS. His days are spent traveling the globe to meet startups, share their stories, and connect engineering teams together. Every day there are a large number of startups launching on AWS across every imaginable industry. It’s Mackenzie’s mission to find stories of startups that are helping to improve the world and share these stories with a wide audience.

Prior to joining AWS, Mackenzie was the Head of Technical Operations at Betterment, the world’s largest independent robo-advisor based in NYC which manages over $8B in assets. Mackenzie was a founding engineer and Head of Technical Operations at Oscar Health, an insurance startup also based in NYC, helping to grow the company to over 400+ employees.

Siegfried Schallenmueller (Siggi) is a customer experience enthusiast. He leads the EMEA digital innovation program with a focus on Customer Centricity, Digital Eco-System Innovation and Data Monetization. Siggi is a recognized expert and speaker on Customer Experience (CX) and co-authored the NTT’s Global CX Benchmark Report. He lectures at various business schools on new ways of working and Customer Relationship Management.
Brittany Anderson leads the Innovation Delivery Team in EMEA. She is focused on enabling customers on their customer centricity and innovation journeys - she has depth of experience in leading these transformation across Manufacturing, Automotive, Financial Services and Retail. Previously, Brittany led NTT Innovation and Customer Experience practice, where she co-authored the Digital Means Business Benchmark report in 2019 and 2018. Brittany holds her Masters in Digital Transformation and Innovation Leadership from IE University.
Chris Kuthan is the Global Head of Enterprise Transformation / CX Solutions at AWS. Chris collaborates with customers to devise innovative solutions that cater to their top-priority use cases, such as Customer Experience, across diverse industries, leveraging AWS Data, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Analytics services.
Chris holds an MBA from the Helsinki University of Economics, Finland, and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria.
Federica is the AWS EMEA Director of Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement. In her role, she provides business and competitive insights, sales and planning mechanisms, strategy and go to market resources to accelerate customer outcomes, yield improvements in field productivity, and deliver planned growth. Prior to her current role she held Customer Service responsibility for Italy, Spain and France for Amazon.
Federica earned a Master Degree in Economics & Statistics, complemented with executive education at IMD Business School and Copenhagen Business School.
